Woody Allen’s old haunt, in January of 2006, and owners have plans for sidewalk seating and a backyard beer garden when the weather turns warm. Young professionals and older neighborhood folks will both enjoy the moderately priced lunch, dinner, and brunch menus, and while service is currently slow, the kitchen is already turning out delicious apps and entrées. Genesis offers Magners, Smithwicks, and Guinness on tap, but it’s no rowdy Irish sports pub. Take a date for a drink or your parents for dinner and you’ll impress, without breaking the bank.
